THE ONE WITH THE WANTS
Got my brother in law(BIL) to have a look at my MD player, yes people I still do have an MD player, albeit for how long I can't remember. All I know is it's been too long, I can't even remember I've had it for how long. Yeah well I think my BIL said it would cost quite a bit to repair and it wont be worth it coz it's pretty old, so I might as well get a new player or something.
Should I save up for an ipod, a normal mp3 player or a cd player? If it's possible I want them all, but there's only so much I can save up for. Gadgets are really tough investment I tell ya.. They keep gettin updated and changed it's hard to keep track and know what you should really get for it to actually be worthwhile long term. Know what I'm sayin?
Also I want the MEST cd still and that top I've been lookin for and ok.. the list goes on.. I seriously don't know much long it's gonna take for me to save up that much money and if I can even do it. So much things to buy so lil money ... and yes who can forget the exams..
ooh maybe I can cut a deal with daddy dearest, do well for my papers and get either cash or what i want...how does that sound? Sounds like a deal to me. Yeah but we all know I gotta really work my butt off for a deal like that. Ok I think imma cut this post short... really can't think right now..
THE ONE WITH THE RANDOM-NESS
I just realised the title for today's post is really stupid. That's coz half the time whatever I post are also random stuff that just happen to pop into my head while I'm typin away on my keyboard. Not that it matters or anything.
I seriously think my nephew adores me in a way that can't be described by mankind or any person for that matter. I mean there he was callin me in his cute lil way and wanting me to carry him or wanting to lay down in my lap while he drinks from his lil bottle, then when he's in my arms he kinda plays around with my nose and stuff and the next thing u know I've got scratch marks on my face!! It's either he's violent and we haven't really seen it yet or he's got pretty long nails- which of course I highly doubt since the sister faithfully cuts them or she'll be a victim too. So yeah, just when the first three tiny markings he gave me are about to disappear, I now have a two tiny scratches on my left cheek - which is hopefully close to bein invisible- and another on my chin- this one can be seen a lil. Thanks SHAQ... those are just signs that you luv ur dear aunt huh?
On another note, I know I shouldn't be thinkin bout this, but anyone got a clue if ONE TREE HILL is out on DVD or VCD in seasons like THE O.C.? Coz seriously I can't really enjoy watchin if I missed out on a whole lot, like I did for THE O.C. Hopefully when I'm done with the As they have it hehe .. I mean I haven't even taken my prelims and I'm already thinkin of what to do after the As.. I seriously have a big problem. Oh and I read somewhere that HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE will be opening in SINGAPORE later this year, on the 17th of November. Keep that day free aight? Well I know I can't coz it's in the middle of the BIG As. But I'll end on the 23rd so I'm sure there's plenty of time then.

My cousin invited us over to his place for a big meal today. It was fun I suppose. We ate and talked and ate some more. Good times I tell ya.. real good times. Considering my cousin seem to come up with something hilarious everytime he opened his mouth, my sides could've split from all that laughin.. no exaggeration.. My niece and nephew had a whale of a time as well, playin with my cousin's kids and their array of toys. The food was good, the company great... I did not regret goin. Yeah, I did thought of not goin. Silly 'ol me.. hehe. I was feelin real lazy earlier.
Bein around my family and their fancy cars and degrees and all... I'm proud to just be a part of it all. I mean my cousins, or at least most of them, are some of the smartest people that I know. I'll just state a few examples: I have I think two cousins who scored like 2 'A's and 1 'B' for their A levels. Both are currently doin NS except one is older than the other. The younger one who's about my age is now servin NS as a police coast guard if i got that right and will be continuin at NUS doin Chemical Engineering when he's done with his national service. Another cousin is halfway thru NIE and will be a teacher soon enough. Then there's the cousins from overseas who score real good grades every single exams.. jus a lil hint if they're readin this *ur dad has to send over ur results coz ur always here when they come out*(that's right j,z and m.. im talkin bout u guys). Then there's those who finished poly and did really well, one has his birthday comin up soon enuff, altho i think he's more of an uncle than a cousin but whatever. There're also those who came from schools like RGS and sorts and went to universities local and abroad. Those who have jobs that they can actually keep, *hint* photo editor heheh.. and the list goes on. They're really their own success stories and sometimes I wonder if I can join the club.
My sister was tellin me how proud she was as well. But then again my sister is her own success story as well. She has two great kids and I think she handles them pretty well despite what my mom might say sometimes. I look up to her a whole lot, I don't think she knows this. And my brother.. man i tell u that guy is skillful. I think he's real good with his hands. I heard from my dad that his old school teacher even recomended him to a japanese company before. I'm not kiddin. So far there's nuthin I've achieved that can make anyone wanna think of me as a success story.. hopefully the As will get me there somehow.. but I dunno. At the rate I'm goin I'm real scared. OK OK i hear ya.. go study then I won't get all the jitters. I am and I'm really tryin.
Anyway movin on to things less stressful and scary... I think TOPHER GRACE IS REAL CUTE.. hahah seriously man.. I think I have a thing for geeky lookin guys.. I mean first there was Paulo COnstanzo, Adam Brody, now Topher Grace... geesh.. Oh yeah and who caught last THursday's episode of JOEY? Damn, the return of ANTONIO SABATO Jnr!! Hahah still as hot as ever, and no he certainly don't look like a geek. Oh and Mtv's VJ Colby isn't as bad... ok ok i gotta stop it .. seriously. Think bout the A's shaheera.. The A's.. the BIG A's..

THE ONE WITH ALL THE FIREWORKS
The idea of sleeping in on national day was really tempting. I mean, I did turn in late the night before. So I thought, no harm sleeping in and then wakin up to catch the parade and see the fireworks at the block behind my place. Mom had to wake up at twelve... but wait this is the best part.. TURNS OUT HER FRIEND HAD AN EXTRA TICKET TO GO WATCH THE PARADE LIVE!! yeah i know kak inda im sorry i said i couldnt make it coz dad told me not to make any plans just in case we goin across the causeway but this opportunity just came up and really it was just too hard to miss.. so sorry!! and yes JUn im a lucky biatch!!
Catching the parade live was just... i dunno u cant describe it. It was way beyond awesome.. and the fireworks.. god i cant get enough of those. I went crazy snapping pics of those.. when i have the time i'll see if i can post it up ok? Oh and I learnt the dance step to that song by TAUFIK and that other girl.. ok sorry i know her name it just slipped.. well yeah I learnt the steps along with like 25000 other people at the padang.. things cant get any better...
Anyway I already got three of the CDs that I wanted.. anyone wanna help me with the rest? It's pretty late.. need my sleep.. see ya
THE ONE WITH THE NEED FOR NEW CDS
I slept today coz of them bright pink panadols.. yeah yeah you girls should know why. Woke up and decided to watch MTV. Caught the Green Day video for Wake Me Up When September Ends. I seriously like that video, albeit I saw the last coupla mins of it. Real touching last coupla mins I might add. The effect was sorta the same as how Good Charlotte's Hold On was for me.
Anyway I'm in dire need to get new CDs. Went out with the cousins the other day and we headed to HMV to check them out. Here's the list of CDs that want.. so pretty people if you have x-tra cash you know what to do:

Oh today we had inter house badminton tournament during PE and someone had to declare via the microphone that I was shakin my booty while they were blasting songs thru the PA system *glares at suhuf* what else happened today? Well nothing interesting actually...
Oh and yeah I'm itchin to get another skirt and a crochet top and watch CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY... geez so many things to do so little time... SHAHEERA NEEDS TO FUNCKEN STUDY.. come on people help me out here.
