Sports carnival was kinda fun... my job was rather boring.. but there were perks and yes I was once again the position judge. n Yes my foot is still as before.
Anyways after that... against my better judgement I went back to my secondary school.. all because my best fren was there and I havent seen her for like ages... Nice seein her again and oh Tara, despite what my sis said.. ur hair looks fab girl. So yeah there I was against my will but only coz my best fren was there.. and the plus point was.. yes.. superman was there. I was talkin Ms Lim in the 2nd flr staffrm and the ROn was goin :hey shaheera... and he kinda waved so i did the same.. then i went on talkin and i spotted him at the other end. I tot he would jus walked out there and then .. he spotted me as well u see. A moment later he was right behind me.... I went on talkin to Ms Grace Tan after that. When I saw him later... I jus ignored him.. I looked at him he looked at me... endoff!! I was so regrettin it.. but luckily I had Tara by my side and I went to her new place.. which is neat by the way. I guess that kinda made up for how horrid I felt.. I totally didnt cry or anythin.. until today when Sasi asked me how the day went.. oh how horrid i feel up to now. Anyway ppl.. I'm so so sorry if I gave u any attitude today.. I jus felt like crap and I know that isnt a good reason to treat u like crap. SO SO SORRY!!

You know what it's like when you know it's gonna rain coz u smelt that all too familiar musty and all natural smell of the rain even before the tiny droplets of water actually show themselves? I personally like that feeling... it's like I'm the only one who's been let into nature's wonderful secret (the fact that it's gonna rain lah goon!!) Still slacking but not as bad.... I actually took time and priority to type out my lit assignment for unseen poetry. Still have this habit of self- "bashin" and feelin really awfully of myself... still as bad as before... don't ask me why.
I was the emcee for today's entrepreneurship programme during civics. I had to put on shoes.. oh jus imagine the torture my poor foot got. I took them shoes off as soon as I was down. Well yes in case u're wondering.. my foot is still not better. I'm suppose to go for a follow up x-ray but I haven't. I dunno jus coz.
After our E.P, it was the teachers' day programme coz friday will be our sports carnival and we'll all be at the stadium doin sports stuff... what else.... So as i was saying it was that teachers' day prog. up next. As the prog. progresses sure I actually screamed and cheered coz it was way way fun... regardless of the fact that my sch is small and that there're not many of us who make up the student population. I was enjoyin it thoroughly and then..... I'm reminded of my previous school. I imagine what this yr would be like and the fact that I won't be there to be a part of it all.. that very same place I've grown used to for the past 4 yrs. I just felt miserable after that. I suddenly missed the old school .. I miss my best friend most of all.. Tara if you're reading this I MISS U SO SO BAD!! Good luck for whatever tests or exams that's up for you. I know you can do it.. I jus miss everything right now.. loggin out signing off.. ciaozz

Along with a bad left ankle, my other wisdom tooth decided to say hi and because in da words of my doc "ur mouth is too small to accomodate too many teeth" ( surprisingly, considerin the amt of food I can stuff in there at any one time) the wisdom tooth is now growin and it's kinda growin against the inside of my mouth n most prob all that pain im feelin isnt from the tooth but from the ulcer that it caused for kinda piercin thru my mouth. *ouch*ouch*ouch*
I have an ACCOUNTS test tomorrow!! HAHA da very first... n Mrs Wong promised to not be so hard on us. Thank u! hahah So now I have to practise my General Journal (or sumthin like that), my trading, profit & loss account and my balance sheet. SWEET LIFE.. i mean compared to doin endless essay outlines and the non stop flow of notes u have to refer to for history... I don't mind lit one bit though.. it lets my mind run wild, explore things that I wouldnt have thought existed or could even have any links to words and description that you wouldn't even imagine or thought could have linked. Such is the power of Literature. It lets you soar and go as far as you want... 'cept for the homewrk. HAHA
My foot is better than the first time I got it injured of course.. but the swellin hasn't gone down yet.. once in awhile it jus throbs.. not very painful but it could get so and become rather annoyin especially when i'm on da bus on my way home. I guess all this will come to an end soon enuff I'm jus bein patient about it.

Hey peepz... I was a student official yesterday at my school's sports heats. LiL Madame over here was one of six position judges... I mean I suppose the role and rank sounds kinda high and mighty and all but let me jus tell u the job was far from that. Apart from the fact that we had to do nuthin but wait on runners as they cross the finishing line, we were all standing in the hot sun in the field squintin or at least tryin to see which of the runners cross before which.. and yes ppl the sun was blazin.. and we had no visors, no sunglasses and neither did we have caps. I had to "pour" water on me head and face.. coz even though I wasnt perspiring it was darn hot. Like I told MisHa, I need to keep myself hydrated!! haha~~ if it means anything. Yes silly 'ol me... I went against my inkling to bring along my sunglasses and cap.. though my fitness club pres. was lookin kinda groovy in his shades.. but the shorts was a big no no i mean not too short anyway... above all it was okay though.. "THERE WAS FOOD IN MY HAIR" hahah well ok maybe you won't ever know what that meant but I know i do and so do the rest of the school who were in the audi for civics.
Today was a long....long... day. I still can;t take PE so i spent one and a half hour sittin in the gym playin with my classmate's hp and yappin to whoever that invited me to a chat session. I could have been on my way home coz for some of us PE was the last two periods!! Well peepz.. dunno what else to day... 'cept for the fact that PROMOS are comin.. well tryin to force myself to hit the books before it's all too late... weeheeee no history to study for... otherwise... welll jus so..

OK OK... i am bored... I've been slackin alot lately.. putting work aside more often than i should. Anyway an update: Left foot: still swollen.. this wednesday will be 3 weeks already...
X-Ray report: "No definite fracture. A faint transverse lucent band across the inner aspect of the lateral malleolus is seen, questionably a fracture. Soft tissue swellins is noted around the ankle joint" (scientific terms for there's a faint line and a possible fracture)
Even though it's been three weeks that area with the possible fracture and the inner part of my foot is still swollen. The doc says to give it another week.. which is like this week.. and see if it's still swollen.. at the look of things, it still is. If it is by say thurs.. I think im gonna go for a follow up x-ray, as recommended. I don't appreciate smart remarks of "oh u fall and it gets worse coz u're too heavy hahah" i mean hello... i keep sayin that... not anyone else... i mean not if u know me well that is. No offence though but i feel them shitty bout the whole thing coz now I can't take PE and i cant take part in the games thingy my sch is organising coz the doc says my foot needs time to recover and i can jus jump into activities right after my foot is better. So frankly I AM PISSED and snide remarks or whatever it is dont really help. Yeah i KNow i'm kinda ok with jokes bout me.. but oh never mind.. if i go on ppl'll jus say i'm bein sensitive.
THe thing is I'm not and just coz I don't really get angry doesn't mean I don't mind. Sometimes I do. Oh forget it. No offence to anyone, I'm jus bein a bitch.. no wait that's THE BITCH... it's MISS BITCH for u.. ah well. Anyway Accounts so far have been pretty ok. It's much more lively than History not that I have anything against that ex- sub of mine. Just to clarify it's not the teachers.. I change my subject combi because me and history jus dont click... I dunno in-depth bout whatever it is no matter how much I read and re-read the notes. My promos are like in 40 odd days or so. I really have alot to do, so wish me all the best.. I lurve u ppl.. u're all there for me at least most of u. Before my promos though i really wanna go out.. sigh~~ we'll see bout that huh? OH BerN, Jun?? WOW.. I don't have to be at the stadium to get swept away with the goin ons of the parade.. at home i was decked out in my I LOVE SINGAPORE t-shirt.. free though, courtesy of my dad... anywayz.. yeah i was singin and stuff.. then at about 7.30 or so.. I slowly made my way to that tallest block in my estate... went up all the way to the highest floor to get a bird's eye view. The fireworks were awesome... I kept tryin to snape a pic or two but only one turned out well... i mean not very well but pretty ok.. the rest didnt appear...
Anyway.. amidst all that fun and celebration i felt really touched in a way.. I was like on the verge of cryin.. and yeah watchin the fireworks this yr isn't the same anymore. First and foremost.. for the first time ever, I went there all alone. Yes, alone... swollen ankle and all. No one came.. especially not my three cousins.. with me. So the feelin was different. From where i am on that highest floor i can usually see the roads outside my estate.. and the scene is so very different now.. it's more spacious the roads and theres the new MRT (NEL) station.. everything changed and for the first time i realised so did i.. and i don't think i wanna go there right now. I just feel so proud.. I love this country... well i guess i'll just continue another time.. it's just a nice sentimental moment for me i guess.

I miss them all... why did they have to go back so early. Anyway the celebrations I had in school today was brillliant.. it was never like this in my previous schools.
I had my hair in braids today so i can wear the bandana the way i want it.. adik took time to do it in this zig-zag pattern... it was cool alot of ppl commented on it. .. This guy i think his name's Salid.. he called me Alicia Keyes (hope i got that right).. hhahaha man i was so bloody embarrased.
when he saw me again he said sumthin like.... i like ur hair.. or was it nice hair.. dunno cant remember.... ~~~bliss~~~ ....ppl actually commented on my hair... ppl ive never even spoke to.. ahha my reply was this tiny "thankiu" in a sing song manner.. lOLZ... couldn't stop smiling even up till now when i look back.. and to think of it when i passed his class nigel and aloy i think his name.. was all there.. man...
Anyhooos... went to ps for pizza it was fun then i went home and slept and r3sted my foot which was by then real swollen coz besides the walkin, andrew kicked it durin the fun dance thingy.. *ouch*...well yeah jus cant forget all that comments hahah u ppl should know why.. actually i dont think i know why.. but it's jus makin me smile.

First and foremost.. SheiLa On7 RAWKS.... Despite my foot (it's kinda swollen in three places on the same leg since my fall during netball).. I turned up at Fort Canning Park lookin forward to a swell night. Unlike a certain outing, this night out was so much more exciting and far from disappointing.A Dj from our local Malay station made us all roll over with laughter when he got some of the audience to sing songs and jus plain poke fun at them. To kickstart everything, four dancers did a very nice dance routine to various tunes, damn good performance. I tell ya if you or anyone, me for starters, can dance like that and we do it all the time, we're so gonna lose weight!! Anyway following that, TripleNoize did their rendition of SWAY and MAK MINAH. Been a long time since I last heard that so it was kinda fun to actually listen to it again, LIVE! There were a coupla other songs they performed but I have no clue so as to the title coz I totally do not have their album.
And then... the moment we've all been waiting for... SHEILA ON7 came on and they started doing their thing. You know you can actually judge the character or rather the personality of a person by the way the perform and carry themselves on stage if you really know how to study it. As for this very INDO band (the only reason why i admit to bein part Indo..oh yeah next to Nicolas Saputra), they were so laid back and jus plain cool. They were joking and dancing about, jus like the schoolboys you see. Duta kept sayin 'I LOVE YOU' and 'I LOVE YOU TOO' to the crowd.. and then he called his bandmate ADAM BULAT.. and yeah Adam you do seem more "bulat" than usual..hehehe. Eross was so cool.... breaking into dances and shakin his bon bons. Sakti sang a song or two and Anton threw his drumsticks to the crowd. As I was saying, you can tell how friendly these people are by jus lookin at their antics... Let me jus give and example..
When I saw Joey McIntyre on TWG a coupla yrs ago.. his air was so evident even thru the telly. Whenever the crowd cheered him and called his name when he was interviewed, he jus totally stopped talkin and STARED at them. The guy didn't even smile. That was when I concluded that he was such a snob and boy was I right. Some friends who went to see him actually said he was.
So you see, So7 with their very homey kinda attitude actually draws the crowd. They, in a way have this kinda interaction. They belted out a few hits like Dan and Seberapa Pantas + my fave J.A.P !!
As for poor me, I sat thru-out the concert and lucky for this poor missy the ground sloped down towards the stage so no matter how many ppl packed at the front, I was still able to see very clearly and totally enjoyed myself. So what if I can't stand and jump to the music, I can still scream my heads off and sing along to my hearts content. And that's exactly what i did.. Oh and did i mention Adam tried singing an English song ( More than WOrds)? He did and I think it sounded pretty good. Duta tried countless of times to speak English and he pulled it off despited the very think "r". All in all I wouldn't mind goin if they ever come down again!!!! Can't wait for their 4th album....Hidup So7
SUNDAY 3rd August..... went to see VJ UTT and DENISE down at the Heeren.. me still limpin my way around. Took some pics.... and well... yeah got their autograph, it was fun seein them in person. I sorta got this msg wrong when one of the official asked how many of us wanted to go up together coz we can go up with the ppl we came with and so we said 3 and she said one photo each. If it were you what would u think? So i thought each of us can only take one photo.. so i saved what i tot was my only opportunity to take a pic with UTT.. I know I said i didn't like Denise but she was so damn sweet.. she gave me this big strong hug and I so wanted to take a pic with her.. DAMN!!! Well i believe there's more opportunity!! For now I wanna get over the pain over goin up and down so many flights of stairs in school today.... I so dun wanna go to school tomorrow!! All that stairs.. tomorrow's got so many lessons that needs the stairs... *cry*
